I was offered a room with amazing views of the mountains. The beds were exceptionally comfortable in the large bedroom. The location for Pigeon Forge was good and ideal, really close to many areas of interest and restaurants Ann's attractions.

great location for dollywood or a trip to the smoky mountains. big rooms and a great pool. super free breakfast with hot meals. free parking spaces.
at breakfast there was unfortunately only plastic cutlery, plastic cups and styrofoam plates.

i thoroughly enjoyed my stay, with the friendly staff and the clean pool being standout features, made my trip even better as a solo traveler who loves walking through cities and parks, i loved how close outdoor gravity park and the titanic museum were, making it easy to stroll around and soak in the sights.

The kindness and good treatment of the staff was excellent, comfortable and very attentive
It was supposed to be in smoke-free area but it was the opposite because the smoke came through the ventilation of the bathroom. Someone was smoking marijuana in the corridor or room because in the smell he entered the room and had to put a towel to cover the slit. the door otherwise was very good the stay calm and comfortable

Well we loved everything.. From the front office staff to the wonderful morning greeting of breakfast. We did not expect such good care of our room the high light of returning each day to a completely cleaned room most places just give clean towels etc. this place gave great service.. 5 star in my book..
